Daniel, Add a ? to your main head. Isn't it a question? The body copy needs editing: "for you" is redundant and needs clarification. This sounds like the site is a place for advertising -- ie you are seeking advertisers with this poster which you're not -- and a place for users to get information. Clarify this point. This is a big change, clear emphasis on hierarchy. The blue may be a bit too strong --try lighter values (experiment)? Our Solution is big/bold enough to work even with a slightly lighter tone. The black text type would read more easily, too.
FIRST Logo. What if you try a single line of small type out to the side under first. Start it somewhere under the IRS and see if it will work as a tag for the logo. The first thing you see is first with the image but the tag would be immediately available for explanation. I think adding the explanatory line randomly on different printed pieces seems like a competing mark (type below bar). Just try a small text line as a base to what you have. I don't know if it will work in reduction but keep sizes in mind. I'd also reduce the family group sizing just a bit.
